What is Closr's Refund Policy?

At Closr, our goal is to facilitate a direct and transparent connection between you and the Creators you support. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

In general, all confirmed purchases for services are final and non-refundable.


The Exception: If a Creator Does Not Confirm


There is one key exception to our non-refundable policy. When you book a session, the Creator has 48 hours to confirm the booking. If they do not confirm within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled and you will receive a full refund.


Why are confirmed sessions non-refundable?


Closr acts as a facilitator for payments, not as the provider of the service itself. When you book a session, your payment (minus fees) is processed and designated for the Creator. Because Creators schedule their valuable time for these 1-on-1 interactions, we must honor their commitment by ensuring all transactions are final.



What if there's a serious issue with a confirmed session?


If you encounter a situation where a Creator violates our community guidelines (for example, by offering NSFW content or failing to show up), please report the issue to our support team immediately. While this does not guarantee a refund, we will investigate and take appropriate action.

You can report a problem by contacting our support team at support@closr.so with the details of your session. Our team will investigate the situation and take appropriate action, which may include warnings or suspension of the Creator's account.
