What happens after I book a session?

Congratulations on requesting a session with your favorite Creator! Here is the process from request to confirmation.

1. Your Request is Sent to the Creator After you complete the payment, your booking request is immediately sent to the Creator for their review.

2. The Creator Has 48 Hours to Confirm The Creator has 48 hours to accept your request.

• If Accepted: You will receive a notification, your booking will be confirmed, and a private order chat room will open for you to communicate with the Creator.
• If Declined or Not Answered: If the Creator declines or does not respond within 48 hours, the booking will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Once Confirmed, Your Chat Room Opens This private chat room is your dedicated space to confirm final details, discuss what you'd like to do during the session, and coordinate directly with the Creator.

What is the Chat Room For?

This chat room is the perfect place to:

• Confirm the exact time of your session.
• Discuss specific details or what you'd like to focus on.
• Coordinate on how you will connect (e.g., confirming usernames for a game).
• Ask any final questions before your session begins.

Keeping Communication On-Platform

For your safety and to ensure there is a clear record of your arrangements, we require that all communication related to the booking happens within this chat room. This protects both you and the Creator.
