Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both Fans and Creators.

The General Policy: Confirmed Sessions are Non-Refundable Once a Creator confirms your booking request, the session is considered final and non-refundable. This is because Creators are reserving their valuable time specifically for you. Our policy honors their commitment by ensuring all confirmed bookings are secure.

The Main Exception: If a Creator Does Not Confirm There is one key exception. When you book a session, the Creator has 48 hours to confirm it.

• If the Creator does not accept your request within this 48-hour window, the booking will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

What if there's a serious issue with a confirmed session? If you encounter a serious issue, such as a Creator failing to show up or violating our Community Guidelines (e.g., offering NSFW content), please report the issue to our support team immediately. While this does not guarantee a refund, we will investigate every case and take appropriate action.
