How and when do I get paid?

This guide explains the entire payout process, from when a Fan pays you to when the money arrives in your bank account.

1. Your Closr Balance

Immediately after a Fan successfully books a session with you, the net amount (your earnings after our platform fee and Stripe's fees are deducted) will appear in your Closr Balance.

2. Stripe Processing

This balance is then processed by our payment partner, Stripe. This processing period typically takes up to 7 business days, but can sometimes be longer. Once Stripe has processed the funds, they will be moved to your Available to Withdraw balance.

Important Note for Your First Payout For security reasons, Stripe's policy requires that the very first payout you receive may take 7-14 days to be processed after your first-ever Fan booking. Subsequent payouts will be much faster.

3. Making a Withdrawal

Once funds are in your "Available to Withdraw" balance, you can initiate a payout to your linked bank account at any time, as long as you follow these rules:

• Minimum Amount: $5
• Maximum Frequency: 3 times per week

Payouts to your bank typically take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on your bank and region.
