How do I set up my services?

Creating a compelling service is the first step to connecting with your Fans. This guide corresponds to the numbered sections in the image below to help you create a professional and appealing page in just a few minutes. Let us walk you through the entire process, from start to finish!

Step 1: Choose a Service Category From your Creator Dashboard, click "Create a New Service." You will be asked to choose one of our four service types:

  • 1:1 Call: A live, private call with a Fan. This is perfect for personal conversations, mentorship, or skill-sharing.
  • Content Request: Allows Fans to request a specific piece of digital content from you (e.g., a video shoutout, a recorded song).
  • Premium Subscription: Offer a monthly subscription with exclusive perks to build a recurring income stream.
  • Customized Service: A flexible category for any unique service, like a detailed portfolio review or a coaching package.

Step 2: Give Your Service a Name Create a short, clear, and appealing name for your service. For example, "30-Minute Portfolio Review" or "Personalized Video Shoutout."

Step 3: Add a Cover Image A great image makes your service stand out. Upload a high-quality photo that represents the service you're offering. A good image makes your offering stand out. This is the first thing Fans will see.

Step 4: Set Your Price Enter the amount you want to charge for this service. Remember to account for platform and payment processing fees when setting your price.

Step 5: Define the Time and Availability This section is crucial for managing your schedule.

  1. For 1:1 Calls, you must set the session duration and your availability. Select the days of the week and the time window you are free. Fans will be required to book a specific slot from this calendar.
  2. For all other service types (Content Request, etc.), you do not set a time upfront. The timeline is discussed in the order chat room after you confirm the booking.

Duration: Choose how long the service will take from the available options (e.g., 15, 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes).

Pick Time Before Booking: You will see an On/Off button.

    • ON: Fans must select a specific time from your calendar before they can pay. Use this for scheduled appointments like 1:1 calls.
    • OFF: Fans can purchase the service as a request without picking a time. You will coordinate the schedule later in the order chat room. Use this for flexible services like Content Requests.

Availability Window: If you turned the button "ON," you must set your availability.

    • Select the days of the week you are generally free.
    • Enter the time range for those days.

Step 6: Write a Great Description In the description box, explain in detail what the Fan will get. Be clear about the format, what's included, and what makes this a special experience. A good description helps Fans understand the value of your service.

After completing all the steps, you can publish your service to make it live on your page!
