Your privacy and safety are a top priority at Closr. We have designed the platform to act as a secure barrier between you and your Fans, so you can focus on creating meaningful connections.
Key Principles for Your Safety:
- Use the Built-in Order Chat Room After a Fan books a session, an order-specific chat room is automatically created. Keep all communication about the session (confirming times, discussing details, etc.) inside this chat room. This creates an official record and prevents you from needing to share any personal contact information.
- Never Share Personal Contact Information There is no need to share your personal email, phone number, or social media accounts with Fans. All necessary communication for your 1-on-1 sessions can happen directly through the Closr platform.
- We Are Your IntermediaryClosr is designed to handle all logistics, including scheduling and payment transactions. This means Fans pay through our secure system, and we handle paying you. You never need to handle financial details directly with a Fan.
- Report Inappropriate Conduct If a Fan's conduct makes you uncomfortable or violates our community guidelines, please report it to us immediately at
support@closr.so
. We take these reports seriously and will take action, which can include suspending or terminating the Fan's account.
