How do I book a service?

Booking a session with your favorite Creator is simple. Here’s what you’ll see on their homepage and how to book.

Step 1: Explore the Creator's Services: On the right side of the Creator's page, you'll see a menu of all the unique experiences they offer, each presented as a card.

Step 2: Review the Service Card: Each card clearly shows the service title, a cover image, a detailed description, and the price.

Step 3: Book It & Schedule:

• Click the "Book it" button on the service you want.
• For 1:1 Calls: You will be prompted to select an available date and time from the Creator's calendar.
• For Other Services: You can proceed directly to payment. The timeline will be coordinated with the Creator in the chat room after your booking is confirmed.

Step 4: Submit Your Request: You'll be guided to our secure payment page to finalize your request. For "Customized" services, you will also be given a space to write in your specific needs.

Step 5: Await Confirmation: The Creator has 48 hours to confirm your request. If they don't, your order is automatically canceled and you receive a full refund. Once confirmed, a private chat room opens for you to connect!
