How we handle disputes

Closr is a platform that facilitates connections directly between Creators and Fans. While we expect all members of our community to interact respectfully, here is how we handle reports of disputes.


Our Hard Standard: NSFW Content

Your safety is our absolute priority. The one hard standard we enforce with zero tolerance is the prohibition of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.

  • Any report of sexually explicit material, pornography, or other adult services will be investigated immediately.
  • Accounts confirmed to be violating this rule will be subject to permanent termination.

For Other Issues (e.g., No-Shows, Service Quality)

For disputes regarding the quality or delivery of a service, we encourage you to first try and resolve the issue directly with the other party in the order chat room.

If you cannot reach a resolution, you can report the user to support@closr.so . While we do not mediate disputes about service quality, we will:

  1. Log the Complaint: We track all reports against users.
  2. Look for Patterns: A consistent pattern of negative reports (e.g., multiple no-shows) against a single user may lead to action being taken against their account, including suspension, to protect the overall health of the community.
